There is a report on the wire right now that there are some sort of water leaks which have been found after this most recent earthquake at the Onagawa Nuclear Generating Station. The time stamp on this is 11:56 Tokyo time which at 11:05 Eastern time makes this report only about ten minutes old. It's very vague. Onagawa site was totally shut down after the initial Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11th.
