JAIF Status file, again

The status file I linked down there a short while ago doesn't look worse than the last one yesterday with one exception:

Battery power has been lost for direct pressure vessel readings at No. 2 plant and so instead of oddly fluctuating pressure vessel readings there are now NO readings. No. 2 may have the worst core damage, but that remains to be seen.
