Latest JAIF status chart, just produced before the briefing given by the NISA earlier this morning.

Oddly this document does not seem to cover the release of smoke from No. 3 or the most recent vapor expression from No. 2.

TEPCO is now stating they'd like to have the joint No. 1 / No. 2 control room up, at least as far as the No. 2 I&C as soon as Wednesday.

Expecting more briefings and documents from TEPCO and NISA later.

UPDATE: Japan's Minister of Defense has indicated that the thinking is that the smoke from No. 3 was burning debris.
