Reactor Plant No. 3 water spray underway

About ten minutes ago the water spray recommenced by JSDF vehicles.

UPDATE 1:23 AM Three trucks in; all made vapor to some extent. They're getting right up there to the reactor building, but not in a rushed or panicked way. Looks like it's doing some good..
