Further US assistance at Fukushima Daiichi

Seeing a report that the US will use an unmanned drone aircraft to fly over the Fukushima Daiichi site and photograph the units apparently not only with visible light but infrared to determine the heat sources and their relative intensities. It will be possible to determine the heat produced by the reactors and the spent fuel pools, as well as to find any other fires or hot spots. Radiologically, I'm not sure what they'll be able to tell.
