Water spray from trucks finished at No. 4 plant.

Spray at No. 3 and/or No. 4 may be restarted overnight. Fluid situation. This would hold up electrical work...the electrical work is expected to be underway until 4 PM local.

No. 3 containment pressure rising... TEPCO intends to vent via line from suppression pool. If that's all water, then TEPCO will vent from the containment to atmosphere.
