One source's report is the story that TEPCO has power to the control room for No. 3 and No. 4 plants. No word on the other control room.. These plants are reported to have combined control rooms, one for 1/2 and one for 3/4.
Also out is the latest available JAIF status update pdf file...
JAIF MARCH 22 2100 HRS
Water was poured on the No. 4 plant with the long-boom vehicle for about three hours, and ended after 8 PM local time. More such trucks are now available; one sent from Australia is on the way to a staging area near the site, if it's needed.
