Work at No. 3 plant resumes

TEPCO has resumed work at No. 3 plant, according to a recent story on the wire right now. I'm eagerly awaiting this morning's set of briefings from NISA, TEPCO and the Chief Cabinet Secretary to get a clear picture of what's going on at the plant, given the indications of very high reactor vessel temperatures and the issuance of steam or smoke from all four plants this morning (local time Tokyo.)
