Fukushima Daiichi No. 4 has experienced a fire, well reported here and elsewhere, concerned with fuel in the storage pool. Other plants at the site are also reportedly experiencing similar problems. Let's look at our WASH-1250 diagram once again, this time showing some items relevant to the refueling operation.
