Cabinet Secretary Edano's press conference...

-High rad levels force site evacuation
-Levels at front gate of site in millisieverts
-Edano says probable cause is containment failure, as at No. 2 plant
-Edano says what we are seeing may be vapor, not smoke
-TEPCO says it cannot immediately investigate as rad levels are too high

also:
-Government (earlier) raised occupational exposure levels .. just as I suspected on this blog earlier today.

The situation again becomes very grave at No. 3 plant....
