HIGH RAD LEVELS

Readings of 400 millisieverts, or 40 REM per hour are being reported around the area of No. 3 plant. This might be coming from No. 2 plant.

40 R/HR is very high; a quick scan of the iso-dose maps made from readings taken after the SL-1 accident show very little external to the actual reactor enclosure that is close to this reading.
